The Faculty
The faculty is the curriculum, not decoration.
The Counselors Institute is faculty-led by design. The people who teach each system are practitioners who have built the thing they teach.
Why a faculty
No one attorney has built every kind of firm.
A single founder can teach the practice they built. They cannot credibly teach every stage of firm ownership, every model of finding clients, or every path to growth and succession. The Institute exists to bring those specialists together, each teaching the system they actually solved, so the curriculum has the breadth a real firm needs.
Founding Faculty
Proven builders, by system.
Firm foundations and practice model, from a board-certified attorney who built a firm from the ground up.
Intake and client acquisition, taught by a practitioner who built a referable, marketing-led practice.
Finance, pricing, and profitability, from an operator who runs a firm by its numbers.
Operations and technology, from a builder who made a firm run the same way with or without them in the room.
People and hiring, taught by an owner who turned a solo practice into a real team.
Growth, scale, and succession, from a practitioner who has taken a firm through the transition.
Founding Faculty names, biographies, and credentials are published here as each member's participation is confirmed in writing.
